Privacy policy

Last updated 16 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-16

Cellune is pre-launch. On this website we only collect what we need to run our waitlist and beta testing programme, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

This website and the Cellune waitlist are operated by Cellune Health (“Cellune”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email steven.tran@axonms.io.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist

We don’t ask for health, genetic or biometric information on this website. When Cellune products launch, they will come with their own privacy notice explaining how that data is protected, before you share any of it.

When you browse

We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media tracking on this website. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so browsing doesn’t send your data to font or image services.

3. How we use it, and our legal basis

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. Withdrawing doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. A small number of service providers process data on our instructions:

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Cellune and others.

5. International transfers

Our team works across the United States, Hong Kong and Vietnam, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where UK or EU personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after Cellune’s public launch unless you become a customer. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribes so we don’t email you again. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

UK and EU residents can also complain to their data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK. Hong Kong residents can request access to and correction of their data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share it, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.

To use any of these rights, email steven.tran@axonms.io. We’ll respond within one month, and we won’t treat you differently for making a request.

8. Security

This site is served only over HTTPS, and the inbox that receives sign-ups is configured on the server rather than exposed in the page.

9. Children

The waitlist is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete their details.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and we’ll email waitlist members about any significant change.
